Charlotte NC (CLT airport code) is the closest airport and is served by the major airlines: Delta Airlines, United Airlines, American Airlines & Southwest Airlines.
What dates should I schedule my flight?
Most traders will arrive in the afternoon / evening of Sunday, January 17th and leave in the afternoon of Friday, January 22nd. If you want extra days to go sightseeing, either arrive a few days earlier or stay a few days later. CLT: January 17 - 22.
How much is an Uber from airport to hotel?
It costs roughly $25-40, depending on the time of day. It's roughly 15 minutes (12 miles) from airport to hotel.
Is the hotel stay included in the cost of the ticket?
No, after you register, you will receive the group code on the thank you page to use to book your room with the group rate.
