Hector M. Hernandez is the founder and CEO of Cash 4 Houses 954 LLC as well as the co-founder of Veritas Property Management. He has participated in hundreds of Real Estate transactions over the past 14 years as a principal, Broker and consultant. His vast knowledge and experience give him the ability to navigate through tough markets and mitigate risk. 


In the past decade, Mr. Hernandez has established a strong track record investing in Residential and Commercial Real Estate including single-family, multifamily and mobile home assets. He was instrumental in building portfolios valued in excess of $10 million with annual rent rolls of more than $1 million. 


Mr. Hernandez operates a portfolio of family-owned income producing properties as well as a successful Real Estate Investment company. His diverse experience in all realms of the Real Estate market make him an expert in his field. He also enjoys helping others interested in learning more about Real Estate and has spearheaded educational as well as mentorship programs. 

Mr. Hernandez holds a Systems Analyst degree from Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida, and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. In his free time he loves spending time with his wife and their two children. He is most passionate about his family and helping others create generational wealth through Real Estate.


Luis is an experienced real estate investor and licensed Realtor throughout his 13 years career. 

His investing experience includes the acquisition and rehab and sales of distressed single and multifamily real estate in the Florida Real Estate Market with a focus on single family properties in the South Florida Tri County area.


He owns and operates a professional real estate management & investment company, where he successfully directed and coordinated local teams to stabilize properties, including management, rehabilitation and maintenance, completing flips of over 175 properties, averaging a return profit of 20% per transaction.


This has provided him with extensive national and local market research & knowledge, making him an expert in rents, cap rates, market values, vacancies, market cycles, etc.  


Additionally, Luis has extensive education and practical application in direct marketing to owners, including managing all aspects of offers & contracts, preparation of offering memorandums, deal structuring & finance.
