What should I look for before picking a stock for intraday?

It’s a simple question with a complex answer. You need to find a strategy that you can execute, whatever you decide on, those parameters of that strategy are what you look for intraday.

If you are playing gaps, then look for stocks gapping up/down and execute the strategy accordingly. If you are playing parabolic shorts, then look for the stocks that are overextended and due for a pull back.
